We enjoyed a wonderful time at Anse Chastanet, and we would like to thank you for the opportunity we were able to visit this lovely resort in Saint Lucia. I especially enjoyed the natural environment in which the resort is embedded. Waking up in the morning with bird chirping was unique. We also liked the healthy and delicious food. It was great, we also got the chance to do some activities. Our favorite was to produce our own chocolate bar. If I had known that chocolate is produced in the resort itself, I would not have brought you any chocolate from Switzerland! I always thought that Switzerland was the chocolate country until now! I will do my best to send you as many guests as possible and wish you all the best for the future.

This was a return visit to Anse Chastanet, our first since our honeymoon in 1987. On the first couple of days of this return visit we thought, “eh maybe we won’t come again,” because we focused on the resort having grown from its adorable 12 or so rooms in 1987 to maybe 50 or so today. But as our week-long stay progressed, we appreciated more of the positives that growth had brought about: the multiple dining options (there was no beach restaurant in 1987), the nightly live music (which we really enjoyed), the ability to walk to Anse Mamin beach, and the guided tour of Anse Mamin plantation. And lastly, the people, every one of them were so pleasant and helpful that they truly did add a great deal to the overall relaxing experience. We hope to return again!

The rooms are spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The massage I had was so relaxing. We enjoyed the molten brown products in the room. Anse Chastanet, a true haven of tranquility! From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in warmth and luxury. The staff learned our names quickly and were always there to help out. The concierge desk (I forgot the name of the lady) even went out of her way to plan a customized sightseeing tour for us. We didn’t miss the common pool. The beach at Anse is beautiful – crystal clear water, no weeds and no smell. Even though the resort was full there was no shortage of palapas. The beach attendants always found a perfect spot for us. Our room was comfortable and clean. The food at Anse is delicious! Apsara and the beachside café are a must-try places.

We have just spent the most wonderful week back at Anse Chastanet for our 10^th Wedding Anniversary. We were completely relaxed and did none of the things we had planned to do! We were looked after from the minute we arrived. Staff, old and new are always so happy and pleased to help and nothing is ever too much trouble. We really enjoyed the art class on the beach which is a new experience and something completely different for us. If we were to return, (we sincerely hope we will) we would really love the opportunity to re-create our tropical fruit wedding cake in your kitchen. We have been sent the recipe, but I doubt trying to make it here in the UK will be the same as using fresh fruit from Anse Chastanet. Anse Chastanet is a truly wonderful location and totally relaxing to be there.

If Robinson Crusoe or Swiss Family Robinson had a “modern day” resort it would be Anse Chastanet. I love the quiet, the get away from it all feeling. Our room is excellent, and the service is also excellent. We feel so pampered here. We also love the food at the restaurants and beachside. We never have to leave the property. One thing I love is the beach lounge chairs with the big thatch umbrellas. The loungers/umbrellas are spaced far apart, so it feels private and luxurious. I truly love this. I also love that it’s so easy to snorkel here and there are so many beautiful fish. I can only ‘shore’ snorkel, so this is perfect for me. My husband and I are also always impressed by the quality of live music entertainment. I’m not comfortable climbing the stairs from the beach. I was worried it would be cumbersome always calling for a ride, but the staff makes it so easy and quick. I love Anse Chastanet and can’t wait to go back.

All of the staff were fantastic and really made our time here. They are friendly, helpful and make you feel very relaxed. We are especially grateful for all involved in making our engagement night extra special and for everyone’s well wishes. We couldn’t have wished for a better room with views over the sea and pitons from our balcony. Having the housekeeping service twice a day was a real treat, especially with thoughtful touches like the postcards. Anse Chastanet is a truly a magical place. Our room had an open wall through which the bay and sunset were visible and it was such a treat. The service, food, beaches, water and amenities in general were all excellent and I would 100% recommend Anse Chastanet to anyone seeking a Caribbean retreat. However, the towels, soaps, décor, and other aspects of the bathroom were expected. I’d like to give kudos to the four-post bed, mattress, pillows and ben linens. I am a notoriously poor sleeper, but in this bed I had some of my best sleep EVER! The mattress, pillow and linens were absolutely lovely. This was seriously the best vacation I have ever been on. It was exactly what my husband and I were looking for, which was a high level of amenities and services in a beautiful, quiet setting with a low-key vibe. I love that there are no TVs, no pool, and no loud bars. I hope we could have the opportunity to return in the future!

The beach front was awesome and plenty of shaded beach loungers. We enjoyed the included beach equipment even and survived (just) the divorce double canoe. The room was lovely.

We even enjoyed the hundreds of steps! Good for fitness! The guided forest walk was highly informative, and the gentleman guide clearly knew his history.

The sunset cruise was superb as was the sax player! So, thank you for creating such a great resort and especially thanks again to your staff.
