Travelers should please fill in the pre-arrival Travel Registration Form: https://www.stlucia.org/en/covid-19/travel-registration-form/. Please fill in this online Travel Registration Form as soon as possible, and no later than 3 days prior to arrival in case of a last-minute booking. You will receive an email confirming that your form was submitted successfully shortly after submission. Please print and travel with a copy of your Travel Registration Form.
Most importantly, all arriving passengers must have a negative result from a PCR test done within 5 days of travel (your arrival day counts as the 5th day). Your PCR test results must to be uploaded to your previously submitted travel registration form on https://travelslu.govt.lc/. The Travel Authorization Letter will be sent to you by email after the PCR test results are uploaded and verified. This must also be printed and carried with you.
Please also download, print and travel with a completed copy of the Health Screening Form to expedite the arrival experience. Please present this on arrival along with a copy of your PCR test results, your travel authorization letter and the acknowledgement email you received of your Travel Registration form.
On May 28, 2021 the Government of Saint Lucia announced adjusted protocols for fully vaccinated visitors, once on island. These protocols are currently in place until June 30 and may or may not be extended. It is important to note that the pre-arrival entry requirements remain same for all. In future you will be asked to also provide proof of your vaccination status when filling in your travel authorization. We would appreciate if your vaccination status could be shared with us also when finalizing your reservation.

Hotels, transportation providers and other tourism businesses in Saint Lucia were presented with a list of detailed protocols which must be implemented prior to being able to apply for a re-opening of the businesses. You can view our Stellar Health and Sanitization protocols here. These have been created to mitigate risk of COVID-19 transmission for guests and team members alike.
Many of our guests ask what they should expect on island and at the resort. You will find that the airport arrival is very well organized. Once you have deplaned you will pass through an air-conditioned area where you will present your pcr test results and a health form you will have been given on arrival to fill in. You will be very pleased with the level of care and customer service through these various stages. After the health check you will move on to passport control and picking up your luggage. A taxi dispatcher along with our airport representative will assign a vehicle to you. There is no sharing of vehicles unless you are part of a family or group.
To keep everyone safe, we will keep the experience from arrival to departure as touch-less as possible and you will be able to determine the level of service and interaction you wish to enjoy. Our team members are there for you from a safe distance, wearing face masks. Even if you cannot see their smiles, our team will be as cordial as always and smile with their eyes, with our legendary hospitality shining through. Our culinary team ensures that guests can sample dishes from all of our various restaurants and dinner menus, with our restaurants having resumed a weekly opening schedule. Vegan and vegetarian dishes are always available. All of our resort-based services and activities are available including scuba diving. Most spa treatments are available except facials and head massages. Remember that our resort encompasses 600 acres with two beaches, miles of private walking and mountain biking trails plus a variety of water sports. Visitors are once again able to split their stay on island between 2 COVID-19 certified hotels, subject to the agreed transportation and communication procedures between such 2 hotels to be followed. Guests are able to enjoy a wide selection activities off property. These activities include - for example- the Sulphur Springs, Botanical Gardens and Gros Piton trail. New activities are added regularly but due to physical distancing protocols there may be limited availability. Our guest services department will always have the latest information at hand. Coastal excursions by boat are also available and we offer a variety of such coastal tours as well as a variety of exclusive private excursions and yacht charters. Hotel guests are required to have booked one of the "permitted", Covid-19 certified excursions if they wish to leave property. Just like hotels our taxis and activities providers have to follow strict protocols to keep everyone safe. Fully vaccinated visitors will be able to explore the island on their own if they so wish. It is important to note that our Saint Lucia Government regulations apply for all, vaccinated or not: As per government regulation, face masks are required when in public spaces, with other persons present. Physical distancing should also be observed, as well as frequent hand sanitizing and general caution with a view of protecting yourself and those around you.
