We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your treatment time to fill out a health form. If you will require to use our shower and change facilities please arrive at least 15 min prior to your treatment time. Regarding in room treatments, kindly be in your room no later than 15 minutes prior to the set appointment time.

Surcharges for in room treatments:
Please know that a surcharge of US 15 per person applies for treatments booked in your room and US 25 for treatments booked at Kai Mer.

Service Charge and Cancellation Terms
All our prices are subject to a 10% service charge. If you wish to change your treatment time or actually cancel your spa appointment we will require at least 24 hours notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Group bookings or multiple spa bookings of 2 or more treatments require 48 hours notice to avoid a 50 % cancellation fee. No shows are subject to a 100% cancellation fee based on cost of treatment which was pre booked.
